At BeeHive Nursing, we are proud to provide Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing services to eligible veterans and war widows/widowers.
Our mission is to help you maintain your health, independence, and quality of life in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
Are you eligible for DVA Community Nursing?
To access community nursing services through the DVA Community Nursing Program, you must:
- Hold a Gold Card or White Card.
- Undergo an assessment to determine your clinical and/or personal care needs.
- Have a current GP/Doctor referral
You can access this service by contacting us via the form above, or through a referral from your GP or hospital discharge coordinator.
In addition to community nursing, we also provide in home support services including:
- Showering
- Medication assistance
